Well this is just a suggestion but maybe you could do a combat exp lock in addition to the total exp lock?
For example, when levelling slayer you might not want to raise any of the combat stats.

Yeah. Make XPLock for Combat stats only?

Make Retribution prayer work?

Make Lunar Tele's and spells work?

Donators may have *some* advantages, but we don't get ALOT more than nondonators, all we get is a few ores, a conveniently placed bank next to an alter, and some extra wyverns, we need more stuff there so it can feel more of a hang out place for donators to chill without the newfags there lol, like, a furnace like the guy suggested on page.1, and like, idk, more stuff in shops? all we get is bones and arrow heads, the other stuff you can buy elsewhere, we should get armor that others can't buy, and the donator cape needs stats, or an emote lol, it's just for looks right now, i'm not complaining or anything, it's pretty cool as it is, but, some updates to it could do wonders for us donators ^.^

some addon ideas:

Furnaces
Magic/yew trees
random hunting areas

Fix up the item prices, I'll do it if you like, takes 5 mins.
By that I mean, change all of the prices of items that people are most likely to be using while in PvP zones, to that when they die they keep the item/items with the most value, instead of dragon boots every time...

Add defence requirements to PvP armours, it's annoying seeing level 3's in full vesta, and... Level 60 pures hitting 50s.

Ranging projectiles; At the moment, you CAN farcast, BUT... Only if you are froze. If you're not, and you freeze your enemy and want to hit them from a distance using range, you can't, it runs straight to the opponent.

Special Attack Bar; We need it to show faster and allow us to click it/un-select it? So that we can use it properly...[/COLOR]

And i dont care if you disagree, as a pure, its so annoying because you cant hit through the bonus's. And the weapons them selves are way over powered for pures. I hope someone atleast listens to me and agrees. [/SIZE]
