1. Some runes are though. (If not all, I'm not sure) Like air runes for instance.
2. Yes, another method is "Death Trade".

What would happen if you dropped your 5k airs bought some from the shop and then tried picking up the runes from the floor, would you be unable to pick them up?

That takes the biscuit lol didn't realise it was so low. The reason I play private servs is to get rid of inconveniences like this that limit how much I can pk (super sets, sharks etc)
