Firstly, I would like to start by saying that yes, I did get demoted recently but that was because I had to concentrate on college work and revising for exams, which have now finished, giving me a lot more free time.

Understandable, since real life is what matters over SG. This just shows you cared and were responsible enough to not waste the communities time while you're busy with college.

Also, I feel that I have many of the qualities and characteristics that a moderator should present when doing their job. For instance, I am a very responsible and patient person which will be able to help calm things down if a situation gets heated, I know how to handle different situations and I am a very fair person when it comes to handing out punishments, listening to both sides of the story before making a decision and handing out the appropriate punishment, I will not favour friends, as I believe they should be punished as equally as everybody else when breaking any rule.

You do have the qualities and characteristics necessary for the job, you've proved that already. You are a fair moderator, you've proved that as well.

...and I intend to perform at the best of my ability if I get given another chance...

And I know you will, that's why I am going to vote yes towards you application, because I wouldn't mind seeing you on the staff team - you would only add to the very impressive staff team we have already.
