I decided to leave feedback for this. Prior, I read your last 100 posts, scanned the titles of your last few dozen threads. I also checked what posts you thanked, and were thanked for. Finally, I VM'd you to make sure we've had no VM interaction, and read all replies on this thread.
This post made me sad,

As for the people complaining about "not seeing you help" or "not seeing you be active".. I would type the same thing I did on Gta's app,

I will finish my thoughts regarding this thread with the quote from an artical I read recently, "15 Ways to Identify Bad Leaders"
Quote:If I only had a nickel for every time I’ve been asked, “is there a simple test that can quickly determine an executive’s leadership ability?” The short answer is yes, but keep in mind, simple and fast aren’t always the same thing as effective. There are a plethora of diagnostic tests, profiles, evaluations, and assessments that offer insights into leadership ability, or a lack thereof. My problem with these efforts is they are overly analytical, very theoretical, and very often subject to bias. That said, they are fast, easy, and relatively inexpensive. The good news is, there is a better way to assess leadership ability. If you really want to determine someone’s leadership prowess, give them some responsibility and see what they do with it. Leaders produce results. It’s not always pretty, especially in the case of inexperienced leaders, but good leaders will find a way to get the job done.
With all of that being said, I have nothing against throwing a yes down on your application. I would rather see players be promoted that never had a chance, over the people that "Stand out", or have been staff before. None of us really know how good of a job you will do, or how active you will be.

No, you did not post a picture of you + a sandwhich.
Also I have never seen your name in-game, once. But seeing as you're from Australia, that is probably the reason why. Which might be a good thing.
But I think we have enough staff as-is. And too much staff is never a good thing. Keep doing what you're doing and wait 'till we demote a few people so that we don't have like 20 staff on at a time.

Yeah, i understand where you're coming from. there may be 20+ staff members on at once whilst you are on. but when i'm regularly on (like sometime between 5-10pm my time) the server struggles to have a single staff member on. The main staff members that are are on is riska and on occasion slim. i feel i could be an addition that would be of value to the team.
