If you're changing your ip it is disallowed because it's cheating the voting address and could get teh server kicked off the top lists which is definitely what we don't want.

Just out of curiousity, not saying I am doing it, would it be allowed if I had access to many computers and voted with those? A few computers that not a single one of is in my possession.
