for the people who dont get stuff in the drop parties something else should be done where staff members can drop items for like a day or 2 (only ones u can trust) and go around dropping items in like varrock and stuff randomly like under npc shop sellers and stuff

Str had the idea that specific drop partys (i.e one for barrows, one for bandos, one for void, etc.) will take place. No Partyhats, no Mask, no rares. Just essential items.

That's better than an all out drop party but it still won't solve the problem that the people who don't get shit will whine and bitch. I'll probably not even attend it because my luck at drop parties is horrible and I can't be fucked watching people bitch about not getting anything.

EXP rate should just be normal, the dedicated players will get their stats back, you dont want noobs getting 99s fast. And im not to crazy about the drop party idea but it seems like the only way.

No drop parties, make it so that our lvls will increase faster for a week or so. Then make the items cheaper, the stalls higher for bringing in items, sell claws, ags and such at the store for not that much of a price. Then after a week go back to normal silab, once everything is settled, and money+ claws and pking gear are brought into the game.
