Updates 10/9

It's finally the weekend, here are some updates


UPDATES:

- The glitch where teleporting and trading stops working has been fixed

- Private chat = friends/public chat = hidden/etc will now save on logout so u
don't have to keep changing on login

- Retribution prayer will now work

- Pk drops shouldn't null as often now

- All pvp armours now require 20 defence

- Furnace and cooking range added to donator zone

- Skull over head will now appear once you become skulled

- Dragon scimitar special fixed to have real rs effects

- Rune chainbody will now require 40 defense

- Most lunar spells and teleports added/fixed

- Text on lunar teleports changed so you know where each goes to

- ::trade will now bring you to falador park instead of falador center



Forum updates:
- Ex-staff rank made, purple crown with x on it with royal blue name
- Foreign languages board added in off-topic section
