2) Xp Rates? well for combat i say about 400-600
3) Starter Outfit? Just some full iron with black cavi

1) Starter Items? 10m with some rune items.1000 of Choas,Mind,Body,Fire,Water,Air,Earth runes
2) Xp Rates? same as it was before
3) Starter Outfit? mage hat with some robes and iron.

well i honestly think that starter for like 2 days should be void and d claws with 200m too make up for the players that played before.

just double the exp rate of normal for the first week. and starter items should be iron scimmy. dragon long. full dragon. 100mil

Starter items:10m , 500-1k of basic runes.
XP rates: Same as before, 750-1k each.
Starter outfit: Full iron, Rune scimmy, Mage outfit

DO NOT DOUBLE EXP RATES. then everyone will be maxed total at the end of it and it will not be worth it for others to work hard to get it. and having a drop party instead of starter items is a BAD IDEA. some people will get way more items then others, the people that get no items will quit, people that get next to nothing will quit as well. its better to just have a starter.
