Some new rules.

I've noticed a lot of problems with the forums and community.
So I'm making some new rules.

Spamming

If I see you spamming, I will infract you with out regard to who you are.
I will infract Admins, Mods, Players, Veterans, Best Friends, and Gir if I must.
I'm tired of the spamming... as I'm the only one deleting it anymore.
Spam = useless posts that have no bearing on a topic.
Report

Reports/Appeals.

You are NO longer allowed to post on Reports/appeals if you're not reporting the user.
All I see is...
Report one
User1 - Yes ban him!
User2 - No don't!
User1 - He did yadda yadda!
User3 - Ban ban ban!
User 2 - Omg don't!
User1 - Whatever!!!!!
Mod - *deletes spam posts*
All I see is you guys trying to get up post count.
Having more posts does not make you cool.
It makes you look like a total spammer, which people don't like.

Keep all flaming to PM's.

I don't wanna see anymore flaming VIA VM's or on the forums.
If I do, I will start infracting.

It's no longer allowed on Visitor Messages.
All flaming will be taken seriously, and acted upon.

Spamming = Bad
Flaming = Infract
Reports/appeals = No no to post on.

Should only be ONE Yellow card/Warning.

Warning>1 Point infraction> 1 Day ban.

You give chances, Not direct.
