I've monitored the SilabGarza forums over a time span of about 10 months and I've seen many rune breakers, which didn't recieve a punishent until a responsible admin/mod got on a couple of hours later.

I know how to be mod already, I have expereince (5 months on my firends server, 2 months on Kevin's server and 6 months on FailGarza
*SilabGarza)

I'd lock flame threads, delete spam threads. Tempban the rule breakers, and do anything to full-fill my responsibility as a mod.
