Halloween Event
sorry about it being late, wanted it finished on friday, but the DDoS prevented me from finishing it, but it's done now, so yah; I didn't have much time to finish it to make it look really nice, but it'll do, it still goes over the story line I wanted and it should have a bit of a challenge for the rare item reward

event start: a few steps south of ::home (the newly constructed orange portal)

-g maul fixed
-some stability fixes
-new forum BB code, [sig]hi[\sig]
