Just going to start with basic signatures and then work my way up 
threw this together real quick just for some practice.

It looks really well made. By no means am I a pro at this myself but it seems like it's too blank on the top left side of the signature. Just my two cents. Everywhere else looks like it has more than just lines. Again, just my two cents. Other than that, it looks great.

Why everyone using for GFX anime ? You can use Cars or something else ..

I dont know too much about graphics but it looks really nice, you should definitely come back to doing them.
