I do agree with this but with a different point.
Moderater would (Probibly)only chose there friends who join the server or people who are already in it.

I say every post should have about 1 sentance/10 words that mean some thing.

First of all, there needs to be a siggy limit. Some of these are WAY too big. Second, to prevent forum account faking, why not just have the forum account linked to the username. (ex. in user CP, under edit profile, an ingame username option.
