now i did open with so i click on it

Don't press Open With, just press Open. It's a .ee which means it should open if you just double click on it.

You can crop and take good screenshots, upload them and put them on a forum, but you can't double-click an icon and press open?

Right click and press Open, don't double click or press Open With.
