Head Admin helps choose staff. Co-owner actually promote them.

Tech, I'm the first and only co-owner seeing as I'm the first w/ ACP and w/ dedi access.

Co-Owners on any site/server/anything you'll find have access to files, and the big shit that no one else has.
- I have ACP
- I do donations [it goes to my paypal]
- I have dedi/server files
