Just because he plays another server doesn't mean he isn't fit for the job on this server. There's no harm being done when/when not playing on another server; just keep it quiet.
My vote is yes. Every time I'm on, I see you helping somewhat. Do me a favor though - don't always help and don't always think that helping is everything in order to become a member of staff.

so it matters cuz i know he';s a co-owner on another server if i was britt i wouldn't hire him.

Because the relevancy of this server and him becoming a staff member truly has a positive aspect on another server which no one knows about and knows nothing about him doing anything on there, right?
