I think you're ready for the position. You play loads and you are pretty helpful in game. It would also be nice to have a staff member that can speak another language. Most of them have resigned or been demoted. And also would be great to have somebody from your time zone and such. Good luck on getting a staff position, hope it works out for you. <3

EDIT: A lot of people think you are mean or uneducated because your English isn't perfect. But I think that's why we could use you as a staff member. Not all the community can speak great English and having staff members from different places that know these languages would be very useful/helpful. Also the time zone thing, as I stated before.
