These were some of the highest hits ive recieved on players, and NPC so far. 86 has been the highest but i only recorded 80 so far. HERES THE VIDEO! I dont know why it hits so low on players...

Headband? I was just using regular PVP armor to test it, nothing fancy yet. And if you have a korasi, youd know its hits are based off its attack not strength because its strength is 20 less than whips. Its weird how it works. i used vesta for attack bonus
