Suggestion:i belive that everyone in the recruit rank should be given the rank of warlord.
Why:because people that are more experienced with the clan and familiars basically do know what they are talking about,pking, pk trips, events, members an etc.
As for the other recruits you know the ones who have been less active of course should stay at the rank of recruit. But what i am trying to say if your a rank recruit in the clan and have been at least good at being active online and participate in events you should be given the rank of warlord.
Also i would like to stat that if you are a recruit i think they should not be able to apply for any rank until they have proven there devotion to the clan.thanks for reading this support please.
