We had Guli as a moderator, even though he has over 8 pages of infractions. And as far I see it, even Dillon is far more capable for the position. If Dillon actually takes this seriously, I think he would do a fine job.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

The point is that Guli's massive amount of infractions never stopped him from getting promoted, and that it should not randomly come into play. Whether or not there was a certain reason for his promotion, the point still stands that his infractions never stopped him from getting promoted. I merely pointed out that he is capable, but it's completely up to him to show us he has the right attitude. I am currently still neutral about this, because I want to see if he is actually planning to be serious and committed.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

He got promoted because he helped fix a massive server glitch that was going to ruin everything and we were EXTREMELY short on staff at that point.

[No offence Guli] but that's the only reason.

As I said, they go hand in hand. He has 8 pages of infractions, and abused, glitched, raged and got demoted 3 days after.
So yes, I do and will look at infractions. Regardless of whether or not anyone has 8+ pages.

As I know at this point in time being moderator changes people.
I've spent A LOT of time with dillon.
All the way back in v3,1.
He's never trolled me, ever.
I don't think I've ever seen him trolling staff.
I trolled staff when I logged back in after military, now look where I am.
I think Dillon is capable of handling the position, not to mention he's been here and experienced far more than most of the current staff.
