And click on "User CP", then go look on the left hand side and scroll down and look under the Settings & Options section, click on "Edit Signature".
Scroll down towards the Chat box, then click on the "Insert Image" on the top part of the chat box. (Note, it looks like a square with a mountain in it with a yellow background.
Go to any image hosting site (e.g - http://imgur.com/) or (e.g - http://tinypic.com/)
Click on "Choose file" or "Computer" and look for the picture you want for your signature, download it and when it's done, highlight the "Direct link" of the download part on the left or right hand side.
Copy the link, click on "Insert Image" and paste the link, then you're done.
