Some small forum updates

[SIZE="2"]Been on vacation for the past 3 weeks and haven't been able to do much with server/forums, but here's a few new additions to the forums.

UPDATES

- There's a new vB add-on that'll help stop people from mass making the same suggestion thread.

- I've added some new infraction banning system since a few people here don't know how to listen to rules.

* If you hit 20 infractions [Not points] then it bans you for 3 months.
* After that 3 months if you get another infraction, it perm bans you.

- STAFF ONLY
I've made some changes to the rules/infraction system for you guys to help you keep the forums clean.

- I've added some of the infractions to current reasons.
- I've removed the ones that I've patched [Mod app/reports/donation threads]

I've posted a thread explaining the spamming and posting rules of the forums to help clear up what should be infracted for and what's not needed.

There's been a lot of banning for no reason and infracting for pety things, so I'm clearing that up ^^

It counts for all - Previous too.

So anyone with over 20 infractions will be perm banned the next infraction they get.[/SIZE]
