Pking person, will able to handle pkers who break rules if he is a mod.

Cons:
Seen your past histories which is not clean.
Intolerant towards people.
Unacceptable pking conducts. - recent Teh winner's report of you.

Just stating my fair views about you because you have your good sides too.
