some more farming updates/fixes
Farming Beta pt 3
- xp rate boosted up to *10, for faster exp
- you will now get exp when planting the seeds themselves
- you now are required to use secatuers to harvest
- magic secateurs will work for harvesting
- watering herbs won't crash you anymore
- error messages will now display if you can't do something
- raking a fully grown crop won't bug you anymore
- compost will now prevent plant disease even more now
