Youtube Avatar + Background

[COLOR="YellowGreen"][SIZE="2"]Who is good with Youtube backgrounds and avatars, I need an avatar and a background, the avatar dimension size is 88x88(I think)and under 1mb file size, and I need a background around the dimensions of 2000x1500 and must be under the size of 256kb.
