ONCE YOUR ITEM IS SOLD, YOU HAVE 72 HOURS (EXTENDED TO 1 WEEK IF YOU MAKE A FOLLOW-UP POST ON FORUMS) TO PICK UP YOUR CASH OR IT WILL BE DONATED TO A RANDOM NOOB.

All Bids will start at 5 Mil and must move up by a minimum interval of 5 mil. The first one to have said the highest bidding price before the time of closing gets the item.

Hello, and welcome to Auctionhouse. The one place where you can get rid of items quickly, and for good prices as well.

[SIZE="4"][COLOR="white"]General information/rules:
-We only do clan chat auctions. (This means that all bidding will take place in the clan chat, and you can be anywhere in the game and still bid.)

-All items are to be sold for cash. If an item is to exceed 1 bil, these approved items will be taken for these prices (these will be adjusted according to market values by veng4win):

1. Dragon claws: (represents 550m cash)
2. Armadyl godsword: (represents 1.15 bil cash)
3. Divine spirit shield: (represents 1 bil cash)
4. Onyx necklaces: (represents 90 mil)
5. morrigan coif and legs: (represents 183.333333m ea)
6. All vesta and statiuss: (represents 240m ea)

-When an item is sold, the top bidder will have 1 minute to get to the farmers shed in east falador garden (aka tele to ::Trade and run east).


-If the top bidder cannot pay, or is not willing to pay, then the next highest bidder will have to pay. If the top 3 bidders refuse to pay, then the item will go back up for a second bid until an appropriate price is reached and the item is sold for.

-If you are found buying/selling/soliciting/trolling (that includes fake bids) in the clan chat, the evidence will be posted and the strongest possible mute/jail/ban will be requested on behalf of the cc.

- All items that are to be put up on auction day must be given to the designated auctioneers 1 hour before the auction starts at the latest.

- There will be no MYSTERY ITEMS. ALL ITEMS WILL BE CLEARLY EXPLAINED.

- There is no holding price for items, that means if your divine sells for 100m there is nothing you can do about it.

- Auctioneers are not allowed to bid on items they are hosting. EVER.

-If any non-member auctioneer is to try and host in the clan chat, they will be subject to maximum penalty and also subject to being kicked from the clan chat.

-Auctioneers are to be hand picked by staff/mods/owners. Those recommendations will be passed on to me. I will then add those recommended by staff/mods/owners (My personal feelings for players will have nothing
to do with this process.)

-Auctioneers are to follow the AUTOTYPER auctioning process, fail to comply will lead to immediate loss of auctioneer status.

-Auctioneers are never to do mystery items.

-Auctioneers are never to scam.

-Auctioneers are never to auction an item that hasn’t been posted on FORUMS (this is to prevent scamming and so that the money from the auction process can be properly paid to the person who traded the items to the auctioneer, and if something were ever to go wrong, there is written evidence that the items changed hands.)

-Auctioneers are to take pictures of each item they sell with the cash/items in the second trade window.

Autotypers will be set at 4 seconds and will be going in this order:

/going once
/going twice
/sold

the autotypers will be reset everytime a new bid is placed, so that means if no one acts quickly, there is a SET amount of time before the bidding stops.

Commission table:

items sold for less than 100m = no commission
items sold for 100-299.999999m = 10m commission
items sold for 300m - 1 bil = 4% commission
items sold for over 1 bil - 5 bil = 5% commission
