Okay here's a ton of bug fixes and tweaks

• barb tail fishing spear should now work properly
  
• noclipping from following on same spot has been patched
  
• staff of light has it's special attack again
  
• damage inflicted is reset on player death now to prevent loot glitching
  
• npc retreating has been tweaked to not look as dumb when they walk away
  
• gem stall will now give 16x more xp per theive
  
• all theiving stalls now have their proper lvl reqs/xp rates * 40
  
• rune knifes have been powered down quite a bit
  
• diagonal attacking fixed
  
• following when frozen is now fixed ,was checking wrong number
  
• the dragon kiteshield bonus' nerfed
  
• attacking during the countdown in duel has been fixed.
  
• the pheonix necklace should now have its proper effects
