Why did we add a leaderboards?

[COLOR="White"]The idea to add a leaderboards was a sudden, and strongly analyzed one. We decided that the best way to promote our members to processing and completing orders as quickly, and efficiently as possible, was to promote competition among us all. We are hoping that your competitive drives will drive you to complete as many orders as you can, in a small amount of time in an attempt to become #1 on the leaderboards.

How do we move up in the leaderboards?

Total Experience

Experience will be awarded in two different ways. The first way you can gain experience is by participating in orders, and delivering goods. Depending on the requested (ordered) good, you may gain between 'x' and 'y' experience. Obviously items that are harder to obtain will yield greater experience than something that is easily gained, like rune essence. You will also be gaining a 20% bonus in experience for completing orders on your own. The 20% bonus will be applied to the total amount of experience you provided to that order. This is extremely hard to explain, so bare with me. I will show you by example.

For this example, lets assume that there was an order for 600 toadflax (herbs). Assume that these herbs yield 10xp each. If you were to complete this order on your own, with no help from anyone else, then you would receive the 6,000 xp (600 toadflax x 10xp each) for the herbs, and 20% of that 6,000 xp as a bonus for completing the order on your own.

Order Completion

This one is pretty self explainatory, but i'll go ahead and explain it anyways. You move up in the leaderboards by participating, or completing orders yourself. You will be awarded 1 point for completing a solo order, while you gain only 1/2 a point from completing an order with help. This 1/2 point is not restricted to those of you who get help from more than one person. This means that if you and 2+ people participate in completing an order, then all three of you will receive half a point instead of dividing up the point between three people.

Please keep in mind that these experience rates are forever subject to change. Depending on updates, the accessiblility to some items may be limited, or increased. This WILL effect how much experience is awarded.
