Updates

• Several New Vote Rewards in the vote shop! (Cosmetic Gear)
  
• The 10% accuracy boost has been replaced by 350 noted manta's on the vote page
  
• Ring of wealth has been added to the Assault Shop.
  
• New teleportation interface has been implemented. Visible on Minigame teleport only at the moment.
  
• New Item on Death interface finally being used aswell. Shows kept + lost items unlike old one.
  

Other Fixes

• items on death removed from quest tab
  
• quest text is now hoverable (changes color when hovered now)
  
• monkey madness wasn't clickable on tab, this has been fixed
  
• while woodcutting you now have a chance to get a random birdnest
  
• range/magic following distances have been fixed up, should work perfect now
  
• item region reloading has been altered to actually work. if you leave then come back, you'll now see your items now
  
• the clan chat notext crashing bug patched
  
• magic formulas reverted back to old ones due to popular demand
  
• duel rule manipulation glitch has been fixed
  
• fight caves wave spawning has been fixed
  
• aggressive bats have been added in the mage bank area to help escaping
  
• karils crossbow bolts now has it's proper range bonus (ie - max: 12->21)
  
• item slot initialization has been redone properly (worked great this time)
  
• all items should now have their proper slot data when equiping items
  
• all barrow weaponry now have their proper requirements for weilding

-where can i get ROW?
--assault, for 30 points

-does ROW help clue scroll drops?
--no, only normal monster drops like pvp armor, spirit shields, etc
