[SIZE="2"]Couple more bug fixes for you guys + a major woohoo update.

Staking is back! No more need for MMing! If you find a bug with staking, please report it on the forums immediately so we can fix it quick.

- Fixed some of the proper gfx for lunar
- All lunar spells now require their proper runes.
- New obtainable donation items now weild properly
- Tip section added to bottom of the rules interface.
- Spec & Run rule was removed to clear up confusion.
- Weekly Item Sales are now on the donation page in sidebar.
- New Items Panel on donation page will show the latest added items.[/SIZE]
