Here's some updates to help combat and overall gameplay

-> The PJ Timer has been modified from 7 seconds -> 4 seconds.
-> The Magic Accuracy and Defence forumlas have been massively tweaked to make splashing way less frequent. (no matter your gear, you rarely hit)
-> Prayer/ Hitpoints/ and other skills updating bugs have been fixed.
-> Properly working Retribution and Redemption prayers have been added.
-> Grammar error in the 12 hour vote message has been fixed.
