Even more updates

• All uncut gems in the crafting store are now a lot cheaper. This should make crafting a profitable skill.
  
• The healgroup lunar spell will heal a max of 75% of casters health and damage the caster for 75%
  
• Heal other & Cure other will now run a lot more efficiently by only checking the region
  
• You can now only cast magical spells while in the magic arena at mage bank
  
• XP Lamps can now be used on Hunter & Attack (Hitpoints = Hunter)
  
• Login speeds should be improved with a lot less unneed antibug checkers
  
• When using longrange on your bow, you will now gain defence experience.
  
• PvP autocasting following bugs should be slightly fixed
