Undercover Boss

[SIZE="2"]Have you ever seen the show "Undercover boss" were the company CEO does the jobs he assigns people? Or he pretends to be a customer asking for help to see how his staff treats others?

I've spent the last week playing the game, asking questions, and talking to certain mods to see how they treat people. Here's a little bit of what I took notes of.

I'm also basing demotions on the things I saw. They're absolutely unacceptable for a staff team I've spent many months teaching how to be kind.

Disclaimer: This does not affect relationships I have outside of the server. This is me monitoring you as a staff members. Not a friend. If you get defensive or mad at me for being honest, then I guess you need to be demoted to find out the difference between friendship and kiss-assing.

hybridz btw answered pm once then completely ignored numerous pm's afterwards asking for help
Flamed when i said "U fail" and asked a second time for help

Lizzy - Refused to help me when asked for a donation issue.
Demanded I go on forums and post a thread.
After a mod had helped she apologized

Wyatt - randomly offered to help, did a WONDERFUL job helping.
Got lost item back right away

AJ - stepped in and bothered the mods trying to help then left

Responsiveness
- Marco sat afk ignoring people for 30+ mins. 4:30
Numerous people talked to him - Ignored

- Steele - I haven't seen you login for more than 5 minutes in the entire week.
When you did, you sat at dzone and then logged out.

- Nater: You're a good friend, but that won't get you by. I can't play the favorite game here. It's not fair.
You need to step up your game and help out a bit more or I will demote you to moderator.


All mods ignored all help calls except for the aforementioned.
One even continued his conversation to another person when I asked him a question right next to him.
Good job Joshy.

Mr 223 promptly answered - 5 staff ignored.

Mr 223 promptly answered - 6 staff ignored

- Guy flaming -
5 staff ignored the help call.
Kid flamed another to the point he quit.

- xfer -
- Every single mod (9 staff members on) completely ignored my request for help xferring. Finally, googleslayer teleported to me and did it.

- How do I get Korasi -
Ignored by all 9 mods on
- Asked again -
Agent/ben both answered finally.

- How do I get mod -
Agent answered and then took the time to sit and have a talk with me
Through stupid tedious questions, Mr 223 also sat and talked to me since I was "new"

I asked why none of the staff but agent/ben helped?
I monitored helps to see the answer and I was absolutely astounded.

I would write more about the other mods not mentioned, but they're not mentioned because not a single one responded to the numerous things I asked for.



My final words are this.
I'm not going to say it again before I instantly demote you guys.

Before you were a moderator, you were a player joining some random server just like everyone else.
Don't you dare think you're better than them because you have a crown that I can remove in SECONDS.
