[Gir]

Lots of bug fixes

• Bank Tabs should now work properly when using an NPC banker.
  
• Spawners are now able to use the copy command to copy a players gear
  
• You're now able to trade your own IP if both accounts have over 5k activity.
  
• You won't take any damage from players while teleporting anymore.
  
• Ava's accumalator should now work more realistically.
  
• The Ice amulet will now equip correctly into the amulet slot.
  
• Speaking with Baraek won't glitch anymore if you have a clue with him.
  

Skilling bug fixes

• Smithing + Herblore + Agility xp rates have been boosted quite a bit.
  
• The Fisherman at skilling area has been replaced to fix click range issue.
  
• XP boosting effects won't effect exp lamps anymore (ie: double xp + xp lamp)
  
• Limpwurt Root farming should now give proper rewards when harvesting.
  
• Rune & Dragon spears now have proper skill requirements to wear.
  
• Skillcape hoods now have proper skill requirement checking.
  
• Tree Respawn rate has been cut in half (wcing trees respawn faster.
  
• Firemaking XP for magic logs has been dropped 25% due to complaints.
