Hey guys, I just have a few tips/suggestions for people who are going to be, or want to be mod/admin in the future.
To players wanting to be staff members:
1) Just please before you submit a mod application real the guidelines, and actually go by them. Example: 100posts, most people that apply for mod don't even have 50.
2) Just because you help 1 person doesn't mean you will get mod, I had to do over a year of work to get it.
And finally to Gir:
1) Before you appoint any new staff members, can you talk to the current staff members to see if we like this person?
