Skilling Market

[COLOR="Black"]Hello, as the Skilling Branch manager I've thought of opening a skilling supplies market for the members of W.I.N. exclusively.
Now I'm wondering what the members of the branch would think of this coming to life.
Some things to think about would be that are the people who can work on orders made limited to the Skilling Branch members?
What supplies should we offer, or rather what items do we not offer?
