Because if you're offering just cash for it, the cash limit is 2147m in your inventory. If you have more in the bank people probably wouldn't trust a 2 step trade. And, 2147m is not enough for a dhai hat, so paying in cash and cash alone is a bad idea. (Just explaining what I think he means)
