Some updates - Happy Doughnut Day

• Dragon Spear's special won't mess with height levels anymore.
  
• The following weapons are now more accurate with their special attack
  ---DDS, DLong, DMace, VLS, Stat Hammer, AGS, ZGS, BGS, SGS
  
• Donators now get extra rewards when claiming vote auth codes.
  ---Extra Vote Ticket, 50% extra double xp, extra 20m gp, extra mantas
  ---Hover over the donator icon at the vote page to see full reward for donators.
  
• Opening the skill guide won't teleport you to skill island anymore.
  
• Vote page now will ask for confirmation before closing to prevent auth loss.
  
• Fletching XP rates fixed, was giving 4x more than it was suppose to.
