Some quick bug fixes, have a large list to do
- Staking is temp disabled for now, will be back maybe tonight
- Staff can no longer tele to people in pkbox unless they have spawn
- Dhai won't appear as shade robes in trade anymore (2nd screen)
- Hobgoblins from old gwd won't appear as slayer tasks anymore.
- The GWD portal in Superzone goes to the new bosses now.
- 3rd Age Ammy now has really high bonus' again.
- Trade has been moved back to Fally due to popular demand.
