Not sure what you mean by helping you to get it, but if you're unsure of how to obtain it then I can help. To get it you need to achieve 200m (200,000,000) experience points in herblore, once you've done that (if you ever do) then you go to Bob located at :;home or :;shop and ask him to prestige your desired skill for the desired item.
