Happy Friday the 13th, here's some updates
- The special usage system has been rewritten. Beforehand the bar would randomly deactivate when trying to use specials because it wasn't timed perfectly. I've rewritten the system to stay on until it does it or you turn it off manually instead of after each attack regardless of using a special or not. (TLDR: spec wont turn off randomly anymore)
- Special bars fixed
- The thieving stalls on monkey island have been disabled due to people abusing the stackable thieving xp.
- Draynor staircase now has distance checks to prevent air clipping glitches.
- Untrimmed capes now take xp multiplier priorities over prestige gear to ensure maximum xp gaining.
- Chaotic crossbow is now more powerful and is able to do bolt specials like the rune c'bow.
- Heal all spell can no longer be used while in jail to prevent breakout abuse.

I like how you implemented a bolt spec for the chaotic crossbow, and fixed the specs for weapons.
