• Clan Chat Fixes
  

- Setup button will now work properly, and only if clan founder.
- Promoting/Demoting should now work properly in setup page.
- Right click kick/ban will now work properly. Also fixed exploit in ban.
- Proper leaving should be working now to prevent multi instances.

• Voter Cape Addition
  

- Available only from voting at ::vote when selected as reward.
- Slightly better than a fire cape (new best cape? )
- Will expire after 12 hours (can be reobtained as many times as desired)
- Non-tradable, available to be retrieved from sin seer if you die with it.

• Arcane neck's are no longer tradable, and are retrievable at sin seer on death.
  
• Vote reminder now displays how long it's been since you've voted.
  
• Shop restock delays have been reduced even more. Waters even faster.
  
• Fire runes are now tradable again (unsure as to why they weren't).
  
• Using prayer against Bando's Boss is now much more effective.
  
• All PVP armours alch values have been mega nerfed due to inflation.
  
• Barrage will now stop the player dead in their tracks upon freeze.
  
• Glitched appearances should really not happen anymore.
  
• Chaos elemental shouldn't be unattackable anymore.
  
• Range & Melee specials should now work perfectly again.
  
• Hidden cyclops have been moved back to their original positions.
  
• New Accounts & Spawners can now drop Explosion Potions to lower health.
