Few larger updates today:
- Redid region loading to prevent objects being walked through.
EG: Banks, rocks, walls, etc.
- You now have to wait till the objects around you load before you can walk off.
- Clipped following + walking on skill island have been updated properly.
- Rocktails + Wyvern bones are now notable
- Tweaks to banking to allow notable items have been added.
- New method to read ID's in banking have been added

Noted wyvern bones? holy shit ive wanted that since v4 when it took 6 minutes to sell 300 bones
