needs to be a spawn server imo to have any chance of getting players back, it's not gonna attract new players so you have to attract the old players who don't have enough time/don't want too grind stats and pvm.

theres other ways of achieving that without making it spawn like increasing xp/drop rates

:hops redone a bit - internal item shifts + new npcs moved
new home is now edgeville (spawn/tele's/death all go to home)
more npc repositions for new home, a lot cleaner
desert monsters for bolts redone a bit
