any mod becoming un helpfull should get demoted.......

Players are also supposed to help other players, so instead of complaining about these 'mass' pms.

Actually try helping a few people.

Mods play the server like regular players, but also need to help.

That means you can't expect a Mod to be helping people 24-7, they occasionally feel like pking/training/skilling.
