I wanted to tell you my way of getting it.

First off, you'll need to go to the Magic guild, walk right to the back and click Enchanted teleport.

Then you collect all 4 coloured components, and drop them in the deposit whole;
Do this till 55 mage.

55 - 99 Includes alching 6,500 times. so you might get a little impatient.

After that, you should come out with the outcome. [/COLOR]
