Well simply get active on the fourms by replying to everything. Just open up a section, and open up each new forum thread you can find.

Something I did, was posted just a few of my pictures, I had 300 pictures worth posted to my albums on my page. I think that's like 600 points? IDK

Either way it's not about the points, they just come naturally.
