New npc combat system
- Real combat structure
[INDENT]* Instead of hit and animation, actually takes levels and bonuses into considering for damage.[/INDENT]
- Monsters can now farcast
[INDENT]* Instead of incorrect timing and delays for combat, everything is more realistic, with real projectiles, damage delays, and more[/INDENT]
- The range glitch has been fixed
[INDENT]* Monsters wouldn't retaliate if you ranged them, this has been fixed
* Archers will now actually range, Magicians will now actually cast spells, and warriors will still continue to use melee.[/INDENT]
- KBD and Kalphite Queen and Chaos Elemental are now actual bosses. (GWD bosses are still being worked on)
[INDENT]* Along with other monsters that should be better in combat such as the barrow's brothers and dragons.

Fixed pest control portal spawning
- When more players joined a round, it'd restart
- Fixed furnace at dzone
- Fixed the slayer tasks
- Halloween Event removed
- Grim Reapers removed.

-->Welshboy - Promoted to mod [very helpful and liked by community]
- Demotions -
-->Poke n die - Very inactive and power abuser
-->Br Killer - Doesn't help anyone and power abuser
