[COLOR="White"]I know how to handle situations fairly, regardless of a shape, form, size or the attitude or personality according to the person's problem. I know how to prove my point and make good discussions and opinions, I know how to use power properly. I devote half my day to Silab Garza which shows I want to play a big role in the community.. And I do. >.>', I am a very sociable fellow and I will never stop talking!
As a sectional moderators on forums, I know lots of players and take their first impression, as on here, I try to maintain a good status. Silab Garza's ethics are complexed, but I will know what to do and how to do it fairly. I will try my very best not to cause a hassle and will be enforcing the rules. I love to roam Silab Garza, by that I mean I will be checking the most populated areas to see if everything is secure and under a good maintainable atmosphere. I like to inherit player's first impressions but that does not mean I will go hard nor easy on ANYONE. I'm moral and wise, and think outside the box and I have a problem with taking things to my own will but for me, I can easily control that. I'm not going to treat my player rights like it is inevitable, because I hate when the power goes to my head. I worry about everyone and like to satisfy my fellow players. I will NEVER neglect my duty of being a moderator and I have not much to strive on in-game, I don't PK or skill, which sums it up to know I have too much free time. Yes & for timezone, there are quite of a few moderators on in the morning but in the afternoon it starts to die down and Grace is the last staff standing, if I were to be moderator, I shall pull the weight off her shoulders and stack them on mine. I also love to teach players new things and would not mind to spend my duty with one individual, this shows that I'm a very opened up guy who gives moral based-choices. [/COLOR]
