I know i haven't met one of the requirements of 300+ posts on the forum because im mostly in-game helping others and because the server was down on the 29th of January i thought i would expand in helping people and move onto the forum, i can guarantee in the next day or so i will have more than 300 non-spammed posts.

Do you play when most of the staff are off: I play when Jimmy2, Sao Godo and Seek are online.
Do you play over the night: this is one of my many qualities i rarely sleep! i would come home from school, do my homework, go out for a while and come back in around 11 and probs won't fall asleep until 5 in the morning! sometimes i don't sleep at all.
Are you active on the chatbox: Yes, my name is quite a funky name •._.•¸㎡ⅰк∑aѕaυrυѕ_rex_ɾaώɾ¸•._.•
Average of time you play a week: well i play about 4 - 9 hours a day just depending on the wether or my mood!
Are you active on the forums: just recently signed up but when i log into silabgarza the chatbox, forums and the game will all be open.
How long have you played SilabGarza: i registered about 3 -4 months ago and cam back about 2 weeks ago!
Do you have ANY coding experience: No sorry, just moderation, administration and staff management.
Explain why you should be mod (100 words minimum, do not be repetitive): im going to lay this bit out in three sections: past experience, things you may want to know about me and why would i be a good moderator.
Past Experience: I Reisgned from all jobs i am connected too, on the 26/10/10 i finally resigned from the last job i had which was Moderational Supervisor, Super Moderator, User Support, Events and Hotel Staff, i have been working with/on illzone for over three years now, ending my career. I have been working on for 5 years with User and Staff Management is my profession - On iLLZONE i was In-charge of a team of 8 Moderators, always down their backs getting the jobs the Administration Team have told me to, i am also professioned in User Support and have dealt with a case of around 9 user incidents against my Moderators or me, unfortunatly for them, they have never won, user support at illzone consists of dealing with Ban Appeals, Infractions or just General Questions, i am never to busy to deal with helping a user or a staff member because i believe that the reward for doing this is that you can walk away saying, i've helped them.

I was also Moderator of *******online which was based on Deltascapes source and had over 800 Players; Unfortunatly because of my Cadet Career i went away on a weekend and they fired me because i was inactive, when i told them i would be away.
Things you want us to know about you: I am a great team worker, I am active, I can work under pressure of users, I am great at dealing with members due to the fact that I was User Support for another Forum dealing with players problems and issues, i am experienced in Staff Management, i am very strict when it comes to staff breaking the rules and even applications i read over and over and make sure ever detail is true and not a bluff, I can have a great laugh when appropriate, but can have a serious side to rule breakers.
I would like to help the server by sorting out problems between players, helping them settle on the server and welcome them at any point or time, this links into the next bit: i am great under pressure and can remain cool and i can handle any problem without hassle, i would also like to help users learn how to play the server better even if this means having to take my time out from having my own personal time in real life or even in-game.
